Conditions of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777sp", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the company operating the 777sp platform at https://777sp.ws and all associated mobile applications and services.
• "Platform" — means the 777sp website, mobile site, and any native applications through which the services are delivered.
• "User", "you", "your" — means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with 777sp.
• "Services" — means all betting, gaming, casino, and related services made available on the Platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slots, roulette, and colour prediction games.
• "Balance" — means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any bonus or promotional funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a User by 777sp subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the minimum amount a User must stake using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" — means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all financial transactions on the 777sp Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing without registration, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 777sp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

To register and use the 777sp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777sp strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, and we actively employ age verification measures to enforce this requirement.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant, or contractor of 777sp or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or partner organisations.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 777sp or any gambling regulator that would prohibit your participation.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your country or territory of residence.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 777sp Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. 777sp is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 777sp will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 777sp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 777sp reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

All financial transactions on 777sp are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• A minimum deposit threshold applies to each payment method. Details are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. 777sp targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals once a request has been approved, though actual transfer times may be affected by the relevant financial institution.
• 777sp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. You agree to cooperate fully with any such review by providing requested documentation promptly.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your Account. Contact our support team immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• 777sp does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 777sp accepts no responsibility.

777sp may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to registered users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms and conditions.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds during the wagering period are credited to the bonus balance and are similarly subject to the wagering requirement unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or with other operators to guarantee profit — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 777sp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional offers may be restricted by game type, minimum odds, or minimum stake. Refer to individual promotion pages for details.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the 777sp Platform:

• All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 777sp is not responsible for odds displayed in error, and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• A bet is deemed accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number is issued. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet shall be deemed void.
• 777sp reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market or event, at any time, without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to your Account Balance promptly following the settlement of the relevant event or game outcome. Settlement times may vary depending on the sport and the availability of official results.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to users' Balances, subject to any specific event rules that state otherwise.
• 777sp's decision on the settlement of any bet is final, subject only to a formal dispute process available through our support team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777sp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity or details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or technical malfunction in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in connection with any bet placed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777sp employees, contractors, or other users in any way.

All content on the 777sp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of 777sp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Use the 777sp name, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or server.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of 777sp's intellectual property rights and may give rise to a claim for damages.

777sp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have given consent, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. For full details of your data rights and how we handle your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

777sp is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to six months.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sp's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

777sp shall not be liable for any of the following, whether such liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or governmental action.
• Any loss arising from a User's reliance on any information, content, or odds displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a User's Account where such access resulted from the User's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You may close your 777sp Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that all applicable wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions have been satisfied.

777sp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• A User's account becoming subject to a self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 777sp.

Where an Account is closed by 777sp due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance in the Account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law and our regulatory obligations. 777sp will notify the User of any closure by email to the registered email address.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777sp holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, you should first contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 777sp commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolving disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant licensing or regulatory authority. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available on request from our support team.

777sp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
